My background includes coordinating operations with international standards for partnerships involving global tech leaders like Honeywell and Oracle. I also managed medical-grade supply chains, where a minor error could be critical.
I founded this company to bring that same level of executive rigor to Merida Home Watch. I don’t just “look” at your house; I inspect it with the discipline of a professional auditor.

What exactly is “Home Watch”?
It is defined as “a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.” Unlike a house-sitter who lives there, we perform scheduled, systematic audits to ensure your property remains secure and functioning while you are away.
Are you a security guard service?
No. While our visits act as a deterrent to crime (removing mail, checking locks, changing lights), we are property managers, not armed security guards. If we find a break-in, we immediately contact you to verify the course of action.
What happens if you find an issue?
We contact you immediately with a photo report. For small issues (like a tripped breaker), we fix it on the spot. For larger repairs (leaks, A/C failure), we can coordinate trusted vendors to handle it under our supervision (Concierge rates apply).
Why don’t you offer “Monthly” visits?
In Mérida’s climate, a lot can happen in 30 days. Mold can bloom, and insect infestations can take hold in just two weeks. To truly protect your asset, bi-weekly (every 14 days) is the minimum standard we accept.
What are your service hours?
Standard inspections and administrative support operate Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
24/7 Emergency Response (including hurricane contingencies and after-hours calls) is available exclusively to clients who purchase our Premium On-Call Add-on (Ask for a Quote).
